Fighting Morning Sickness
But given all those negative experiences with morning sickness there is one thing that you need to remember and that is that morning sickness is a sign of a normal healthy pregnancy. I remember the most terrifying time in my pregnancy was when early on I had some bleeding and simultaneously suffered no morning sickness for three days. I was sure I had lost my baby and was terrified. So through it all hold on to that fact. You are going to have a child and that is fantastic!
Having said that, just because morning sickness is a perfectly natural part of pregnancy and common in most pregnant woman, it doesn’t mean you’ve got to sit around and be thankful that you feel like throwing up every time you open the fridge.
The first step is to avoid nasty smells. What constitutes unpleasant is different in every woman. The sense of smell is heightened in a pregnant woman and so the reaction to unpleasant odors is many times stronger. When you do come into contact with an unpleasant odor, try and get out of range as quickly as possible. If possible dispose of the odor - or even better get hubby to do it for you.
Diet is definitely a key component of morning sickness. Expectant mothers and doctors often disagree on what is edible and what isn’t, but one place they do agree is that citrus fruits and crackers are both effective to fight nausea. Keeping from having an empty stomach is also important, and ways of doing this range from keeping crackers beside the bed to having more regular smaller portions of high-carbohydrate. Rice is a good one that can be a base for whatever else you have cooked. Basically it goes with anything. Potatoes are also good. Combine this sensible eating plan with heaps of liquids and you will go along way to combating your nausea.

A Pretty woman : Tip and Advice
When it comes to online dating, you can only really go on looks to begin with, and that might be a problem. If you look for a pretty woman, you are going to find one. The problem is that there are so many individuals who post pictures of another person, or they use the one picture of themselves that by chance makes them look pretty. Even if the picture you see of a pretty woman is indeed a true portrait of who the individual is, how do you know what they are really like?
You don't get much information on a profile. You have to go by looks, but do not ignore the ones you might nelieve aren't exactly your idea of a pretty woman. The ones you notice that you find 'ok' could end up being stunning to you as soon as you get to know them. You must be open for communication to really get to know a person, and then you may decide if you have found a pretty woman or not. You might discover that your dream girl is mean, manipulative, or that her best quality is the ability to bore you to death. If you are really looking for a relationship, that sort of woman is not going to work, no matter how pretty she is.
It's the same thing for men. A guy starts to be more attractive to a woman through his personality, and can become ugly if he is arrogant, brash, mean, dominant, or just simply a jerk. A pretty woman or a pretty man is not something you could tell when you first see a person. It is truly something that comes from within. A pretty woman possesses a natural beauty, but it is improved by what comes from inside of her heart. Beauty doesn't guarantee you will connect and only gets you so far. Some fantasies are better left unfulfilled.

Why is Cosmetic Surgery Popular With Older Women?
Time was when women were expected to age gracefully. However we have developed a culture of youth and cosmetic surgery techniques have advanced over the years so that women have the option to look younger. Thin, young looking women are held up as something to aspire too. Even confident women can feel they look old and dowdy when comparing themselves with models and stars who are they same age as they are.
These days you can have botox injections at parties or during your lunch time. Your sagging breasts can be easily lifted to look like their prior youthful self, and you can have a threaded facelift that will help hold back the worst of facial sagging for a few more years. If this makes you feel better about yourself and boosts your self confidence then why not have it?
Some women are very resistant to having cosmetic surgery. It can be seen as interfering with nature. Despite what the media tends to imply there are plenty of women that successfully manage to still looking stunning as they age without needing to resort to the knife for some enhancements. This can be down to how well you looked after yourself in your younger days but genetics play a large part in it too. Things like your bone and skin structure will have an impact on how you will look as you age.
There is a definite downside to having cosmetic surgery in that it's not a permanent solution. At some point your face will begin to sag again, your wrinkles will return so you'll need some more botox injections. This means spending more money to further delay the worst affects of the aging process.
Remember if you opt for cosmetic surgery, especially on your face, little and more often will produce a more natural look than a drastic overhaul. And looking naturally youthful is what women want these days.
So why is cosmetic surgery so popular amongst older women? Because it can make you feel better about yourself. Men have it so much easier than women, the firm structure of a man's skin allows them to age gracefully. For women as they age they may still feel young and vibrant inside but when they look in the mirror they are faced with someone who looks so much older than they feel.
Cosmetic surgery has become very affordable over the years and we are no longer looking at having drastic facelifts to repair the ravages of the passing years. Cosmetic surgery can be subtle and selective. It's great if you are happy with what nature is doing to your body but for many women a little improvement with surgery can make a big difference to their self-esteem in this youth obsessed society that we live in.

What is the Cause Of Yeast Infection?
Not all antibiotics cause the infection and not all people suffer from it even if they take the kind that causes yeast infection. Therefore, yeast infection is very different from person to person and this may be due to other factors in their lives. Poor diet and stress is a cause of yeast infection and people need to be aware of this. If you have too much stress in you, it will reflect in your body and this will lead to poor immunity which is one of the major cause of yeast infection. There are several things you can do to avoid or to resolve the issue of stress in your life and one of them is to wake up and start walking. physical exercise gets your blood pumping and it also gets you to take more deeper breaths and you will soon notice that you are no longer thinking about your problems. Make sure you balance your diet, taking in more green vegetables and whole foods. Avoid sugars and alcohol. Processed sugars can play a major part in compromising your immunity. If you notice that certain foods may not be right for your system, seek medical advise and you might have food sensitivity. Hormonal changes or imbalance is a cause of yeast infection and this may happen due to various factors. Pregnancy will cause an imbalance and see the growth of yeast.
Women will suffer from vaginal candidiasis which presents itself with itching and discomfort. In pregnancy, the vagina will have secretions that have glucose and the yeast will be encouraged to grow feeding on the sweet secretions. Menopause is characterized by thinning of vaginal walls and hormonal changes and yeast will grow and many women going through this stage usually complain but, the treatment is widely available. Birth control pills interfere with the normal functions of hormones and usually breed yeast in the vagina.
Monthly periods also cause the yeast to develop. Another common cause of yeast infection is sexual transmission. It is vital for people to know that if they come into sexual contact with infected people, then they will get it. This has been a reality to many people and the solution is to get both partners treated to avoid another infection. Chronic disease like AIDS and diabetes make you more susceptible to the infection and this is because they lower your immunity. Other causes include nonoxynol 9 which is found in the lubricants of condoms. Many have suffered after coming into contact with it. It is vital to take precautions so as to avoid an infection and you will find so much information on the internet and other sources.

I can't make love to my dream man
VAGINISMUS is a condition where the muscles that surround the vagina automatically contract when the penis tries to penetrate. This can make penetration painful or completely impossible. The woman can't control these muscles - they contract no matter how much she desires having sex.
Vaginismus is a relatively common problem. A hint would be whether you've ever found it difficult to use tampons as the same muscle contractions can occur. The cause is due to the mind rather than the body. Psychological stresses such as fear and anxiety about sex or bad sexual experiences in the past can be to blame. Alternatively some women have worries about the size and function of the vagina.
Vaginismus can be treated, although there is no quick fix. Talking to a therapist or your GP about your problems is the first step. They can let you know whether vaginismus is the cause of your problems, then give you advice about your body and what's going on when you have sex. The contractions themselves can be overcome by re-training the muscles through exercise and relaxation techniques.
In addition to seeking professional help, it's important to chat through your problems with your partner. Reassure him that the difficulty you're having isn't due to you not finding him attractive. Let him know his support will go a long way to helping you overcome this problem and achieve the satisfying sex life you both desire.

How to Date a Man and Not Mess it Up - 8 Powerful Tips
To any woman reading this article, please forgive me if the tips given do not aid you in your interactions with the opposite sex. I'm just a regular guy who happened to have experienced my fair share of women and can give you a general idea on how to date a man. I understand that in a relationship, no matter how brief, both sides play their part. This article shows you how you can play yours in dating a man.
1. Feel comfortable, feel confident
So, you're on your way to dating your man. Like any other woman, you'll worry about your appearance. If this man is something special, you'll be spending the entire afternoon picking out your outfit. This is normal and expected of any woman. You should pick clothes which fit the occasion. If you're going bowling, wear jeans. If you're going to a fancy restaurant, wear a dress. Decide whether you want to wear something sexy or decent. The final outcome should be based solely on your personal dressing preferences. Just make sure you're relaxed and do not wear anything which will make you uncomfortable. If you don't want to wear heels, wear sneakers.
2. Natural sparkle
Keep makeup to a minimum. Natural beauty is all the rage among people nowadays. The man you're dating isn't going out with a heavily made-up version of yourself. He wants to see the face that is hiding behind that inch-thick makeup powder. Use a suitable perfume and don't spray too much of it. Another important note is not to do the exact opposite. When dating a man, don't show up with bags under your eyes and your hair tousled like you just got up from bed.
3. Be yourself
When you're meeting him, you might feel nervous and awkward. This is the time when you feel that you have no idea on how to date a man. These moments are always there and it's considered normal. They say the more awkward you feel, the stronger your feelings are for each other. Just try to stay calm and be yourself. The main idea is dating someone who clicks with your true self. Don't be too overwhelming on your first date and respond to his words. Saying 'thank you' is more than enough when he comments on your looks.
4. Have lots of fun
To date a man, make sure both of you have fun. Don't do anything that would be enjoyable to only one of you. If he wants to do something else which you don't want to, tell him that and suggest an alternative. Make sure there is clear communication between the both of you so there won't be any arguments later. And don't be too fussy about keeping him happy. If he's not enjoying himself, he'll tell you.
5. Don't rush for the bed
Now, what you're about to read next might seem like something that your parents would say, but it is necessary. When you're dating a man, don't be in a hurry to sleep with him. If you're looking for some fun instead of a commitment, then ignore the next few paragraphs. But if you're looking for a long-term relationship with a decent guy, please read on.
6. Be careful with spikers
Obviously, there are men out there who are just looking for one-night stands and are willing to do anything to just get you in bed. This includes, drugging your drinks, getting you drunk, sweet-talking you and plenty of other methods. This is not the case with most men, but it wouldn't hurt to take some precautions.
7. You are what you are in
Make sure you dress appropriately. I know women today want to dress to kill, but what you wear reflects who you are. This might sound a bit motherly, but you have to know how to date a man the safest way possible. Dressing provocatively sends the wrong signals to the guy. Also, try not to have too much alcohol. Your date would not want to see the tipsy side of yourself and if he does, he shouldn't be your date. Like any other woman, you'll probably want to take him to bed, but save it when you know him a little better.
8. Decide when you should leave
Now this is for those who feel that their date is going to end up horribly wrong. This happens when the man is becoming loud, uncouth and rude. Being a lady, you should probably stick it out to the end. But if he's being too boozy and abusive, you should definitely leave him and go home. The safest way, if you didn't bring your car, is to call a cab. If he offers you a ride, don't accept. He might take you somewhere else. And don't walk home all alone at night. It's a good idea to tell someone that you're going out beforehand and to call when you're done. At least, someone will know if something goes wrong.
These tips might or might not help you when you're dating a man. Don't be too disappointed when the man you're dating isn't your type. Just remember to have fun and be yourself.

Breast Enlargement Implant Dangers
Occasionally, breast implants may break or leak. The saline fill is salt water and will be absorbed by the body without ill effects. Older implants with silicone gel can leak also. If this occurs, one of two things may occur. If breakage of the implant shell that has a contracture scar around it, then it may not feel like anything has happed. If the shell breaks and there is not a contracture scar, then leakage into the surrounding tissue results in a sensation that the implant is deflating. The leaking gel may collect in the breast and a new scar may form around it. In other cases gel can migrate through the lymphatic system to another area of the body. Breaks may require a second operation and replacement of the leaking implant. If the gel has migrated it may not be possible to remove all of the silicone gel. This silicone gel is the what some say is related to the initiation of connective tissue disorders.
One study they reviewed showed that 63.6% of breast implants which had been in place for between one and 25 years had ruptured or were leaking. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/33450.stm)
For silicone gel and saline-filled implants, some causes of rupture or deflation include : damage by surgical instruments during surgery, overfilling or underfilling of the implant with saline solution (specific only to saline-filled breast implants), capsular contracture ,closed capsulotomy , stresses such as trauma or intense physical manipulation ,excessive compression during mammographic imaging, placement through umbilical incision ,site injury to the breast, normal aging of the implant ,unknown/unexplained reasons.

Breast Lifts and Related Surgery
Women often want surgery either of a: breast lift, or a breast augmentation. In some cases, women may want a breast reduction. However, experts caution us that breast augmentation will not cure “sagging breasts”. Neither will implants. For sagging breasts, the patient must have a breast lift. The problem with having a breast lift is this procedure always involves creating a scar on the breast, since the nipples are actually lifted upward. So, the patient is exchanging one cosmetic problem for another.
Since this area will be usually covered, even by a bathing suit, this is a problem many women prefer, if it means fixing their drooping breasts. The greater the degree of droopiness, the greater the scars will be. Scars heal differently on different people, and will tend to fade over time. Women with large breasts are warned that this problem will recur over 5 to 10 years, even if corrected by surgery. Droopiness is defined by whether the nipples face out above the curve in the breast, face out on the curve of the breast, or in extreme cases, point down to the floor. This operation can be performed in most cases for under $10,000, all expenses paid. It is performed under general anesthesia, which entails all the risks of an operation under general anesthesia. The operation takes one to two hours, or three to four hours if it is combined with a breast augmentation. In breast augmentation, breast implants are inserted. These can be either silicone implants or saline implants. Also the surgeon has to decide what position to implant the devices in, either above or below the pectoralis muscle. Currently saline breast implants are the only ones that have FDA approval in the United States for general use. There are still studies of the use of silicone breast implants and some women may be good candidates to receive silicone breast implants. Silicone breast implants feel more natural and soft, but have a higher rate of capsular contractures, ruptures, lumps, etc.
